数字化转型、内部控制与企业绿色创新——来自制造业企业的经验证据

Abstract:
在全球数字经济浪潮和“双碳”目标下，企业数字化转型和绿色创新备受业界和学界关注。本文以2007~2020年中国A股沪深两市的制造业上市公司为样本，实证检验了企业数字化对企业绿色创新的影响及其机制。研究结果表明：企业数字化转型可以显著正向影响企业的绿色创新水平，内部控制在二者之间的关系中具有中介作用；在国有企业、高科技企业和技术密集型企业中，数字化转型对企业绿色创新的积极促进作用更为突出。本文的研究结果为数字化转型与实体企业绿色创新协同发展的理论研究和实践提供了有益的经验证据。
Under the wave of global digital economy and the “dual carbon” goal, the digital transformation and green innovation of enterprises have attracted much attention from the industry and academia. This paper empirically examines the impact and mechanism of enterprise digitalization on enterprise green innovation by taking the listed manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as samples from 2007 to 2020. The results show that the digital transformation of enterprises can significantly and positively affect the level of green innovation of enterprises, and internal control plays a mediating role in the relationship between the two. Among state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises and technology-intensive enterprises, digital transformation plays a more prominent role in promoting green innovation of enterprises. The results of this paper provide useful empirical evidence for the theoretical research and practice of the coordinated development of digital transformation and green innovation of real enterprises.
