数字经济背景下企业营运资金管理研究——以格力电器、美的集团为例

数字经济为我国传统企业转型升级提供了动力和技术支持，传统的制造业在数字经济的驱动下走上了数字化转型之路。而营运资金管理作为企业价值创造的重要内容，探寻其在数字经济背景下的新模式显得尤为重要。本文将选取格力、美的两大集团公司，从价值链的角度来对比两个企业在数字经济时代企业营运资金管理水平的变化，为企业后续的发展提供建议。
The digital economy provides power and technical support for the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises in China, and the traditional manufacturing industry has embarked on the road of digital transformation driven by the digital economy. And working capital management, as an important element of enterprise value creation, it is particularly important to explore its new model in the context of the digital economy. This paper will select Gree, Midea two groups of companies, from the perspective of the value chain to compare the two enterprises in the digital economy era changes in the level of enterprise working capital management, to provide suggestions for the subsequent development of enterprises.
