辽宁省制造业产业链数字化重构研究
Research on Digital Reconstruction of the Manufacturing Industry Chain in Liaoning Province

在“云计算、移动计算、数据分析”等新兴信息技术的推动下，将实体经济与数字经济有机整合，推动制造业产业链实现数字化升级，成为辽宁省制造业产业链重构的重要组成部分。本文首先分析了辽宁省制造业产业链的发展现状，制造业数字化转型升级总体取得一定成就，但仍存在信息共享性低，要素投入不足，产业结构失调等问题，紧接着从数字集成平台加速信息共享、智能制造模式提高创新水平、数字信息技术缩减产能差异三方面论证数智赋能辽宁省制造业产业链优化升级的重要意义，最后针对辽宁省制造业现存问题提出合理的对策建议。
Driven by new information technologies such as “cloud computing, mobile computing and data analysis”, the organic integration of the real economy and the digital economy has promoted the digital upgrading of the manufacturing industry chain and become an important part of the reconstruction of the manufacturing industry chain in Liaoning Province. This paper first analyzes the development status of the manufacturing industry chain in Liaoning Province. The digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry has made some achievements in general, but there are still some problems such as low information sharing, insufficient factor input and industrial structure imbalance. Then, the digital integration platform accelerates information sharing. Intelligent manufacturing mode to improve the level of innovation, digital information technology to reduce the difference in production capacity three aspects of the demonstration of digital intelligence to enable Liaoning province manufacturing industry chain optimization and upgrading of the significance, and finally put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems of Liaoning province manufacturing industry.
