作为我国数字经济最重要的源头，电子商务已经成为推动农村经济发展的主要动力。在“数商兴农”背景下，发展农村电子商务已经成为拉动经济双循环的重要力量。文章旨在厘清“数商兴农”工程与农村电商人才发展之间的关系，分析其对农村电商人才培养的影响，探究目前农村电商人才培养与发展的现状和挑战，从而提出促进农村电商人才培养的策略与方法，以期为“数商兴农”背景下农村电商人才的进一步发展提供参考与启示，助力乡村振兴战略的进一步实现。
As the most important source of China’s digital economy, e-commerce has become a major driving force for rural economic development. In the context of “Digital Commerce and Rural Development”, the development of rural e-commerce has become an important force to stimulate the double cycle of the economy. The purpose of the article is to clarify the relationship between the “Digital Commerce and Rural Development” project for the development of rural e-commerce talent, analyze its impact on rural e-commerce talent training, explore the current situation and challenges of rural e-commerce talent training and development, and then put forward strategies and methods to promote rural e-commerce talent training, with the goal of providing reference and inspiration for the further development of rural e-commerce talent in the context of “digital commerce and rural development” and helping to further implement the rural revitalization strategy.
