电子商务与电子政务耦合协调发展研究
Research on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of E-Commerce and E-Government

我国加快数字化发展，推进数字中国建设，数字技术促进电子商务与电子政务发展。文章构建综合评价指标体系，借鉴权威性调查报告结果，采用熵值法和耦合协调度模型，研究我国电子商务和电子政务的耦合协调关系。实证分析结果显示，电子商务和电子政务发展水平呈稳步上升态势，综合指数得分越来越高；二者存在耦合协调关系，并且耦合协调程度越来越好，由低水平耦合逐渐达到高水平耦合。为了促进二者协同发展，应该完善政策顶层设计，守住经济底线。
China has accelerated digital development, promoted the construction of digital China, and promoted the development of e-commerce and e-government with digital technology. Based on the results of the authoritative survey report, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system, and uses the entropy method and the coupling coordination model to study the coupling and coordination relationship between e-commerce and e-government in China. The empirical analysis results show that the development level of e-commerce and e-government is steadily rising, and the comprehensive index score is getting higher and higher. In order to promote the coordinated development of e-government and e-commerce, it is necessary to improve the top-level design of policies and hold the economic bottom line.
