As an important component of national infrastructure, water conservancy engineering plays a significant role in ensuring national security, promoting economic development, and social progress by ensuring its safe operation and efficiency. Strengthening the collaboration mechanism of “water administrative law enforcement procuratorial public interest litigation” and jointly combating illegal acts in the field of water conservancy project management is an important measure to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization, Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law, and the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee. Deeply studying and promoting the collaborative mechanism of “water administrative law enforcement procuratorial public interest litigation” is of great significance for strengthening water conservancy project management, maintaining water conservancy safety, and promoting the construction of water conservancy rule of law.
