%X 水利工程作为国家基础设施的重要组成部分，其安全运行和效益发挥对于保障国家安全、促进经济发展和社会进步具有重要意义。健全“水行政执法   检察公益诉讼”协作机制，共同打击水利工程管理领域的违法行为，是深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想、习近平法治思想和党中央决策部署的重要举措。深入研究和推广“水行政执法   检察公益诉讼”协作机制，对于加强水利工程管理、维护水利安全、推进水利法治建设具有重要意义。文章以水利工程管理为视角，阐释了“水行政执法   检察公益诉讼”的主要内容，提出了强化组织管理保障、突出检察监督效能和建立流域检察公益诉讼协作平台的构建路径，助力维护水利工程的正常运行和效益发挥。 <br />
As an important component of national infrastructure, water conservancy engineering plays a significant role in ensuring national security, promoting economic development, and social progress by ensuring its safe operation and efficiency. Strengthening the collaboration mechanism of “water administrative law enforcement   procuratorial public interest litigation” and jointly combating illegal acts in the field of water conservancy project management is an important measure to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization, Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law, and the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee. Deeply studying and promoting the collaborative mechanism of “water administrative law enforcement   procuratorial public interest litigation” is of great significance for strengthening water conservancy project management, maintaining water conservancy safety, and promoting the construction of water conservancy rule of law. The article takes the management of water conservancy projects as the perspective and elaborates on the main content of “water administrative law enforcement   procuratorial public interest litigation”. It proposes a construction path to strengthen organizational management guarantees, highlight the efficiency of procuratorial supervision, and establish a collaborative platform for basin procuratorial public interest litigation to help maintain the normal operation and effectiveness of water conservancy projects.
