In recent years, cognitive linguistics has become one of the hot topics in linguistics. As a sub-dis- ci-pline of linguistics, it believes that the creation, learning and use of language must basically be ex-plained through human cognition, so it provides a new model for language research. In most cases, a person’s learning ability is closely related to his cognitive ability, so experts and scholars gradually apply the theory and research results of cognitive linguistics to the practice of foreign language teaching.
