Abstract:

为了探讨大学生情绪智力、成就动机和自我效能感之间的关系,本研究对330名大学生采用情绪智力、成就动机和自我效能感量表进行调查。结果表明:1) 大学生情绪智力能够对成就动机产生正向的预测作用。2) 情绪智力能够对自我效能感产生正向预测作用。3) 自我效能感能够对成就动机产生正向的预测作用。4) 自我效能感在大学生情绪智力和成就动机之间起到部分中介作用。这说明,大学生的情绪智力能够正向预测成就动机,且自我效能感调节大学生情绪智力和成就动机之间的关系。
To explore the relationship among emotional intelligence, achievement motivation and self-efficacy of college students, this study investigated 330 college students with emotional intelligence, achieve- ment motivation and self-efficacy scale. The results show that: 1) College students’ emotional intelligence can have a positive predictive effect on achievement motivation. 2) Emotional intelligence can positively predict self-efficacy. 3) Self-efficacy can positively predict achievement motivation. 4) Self-efficacy plays a mediating role between emotional intelligence and achievement motivation. This indicates that emotional intelligence can predict achievement motivation positively, and self-efficacy can regulate the relationship between emotional intelligence and achievement motivation.
