实施就业优先战略背景下高校新商科人才培养模式探索

Abstract:
本文从实施就业优先战略这一背景着手,对新商科的内涵和高校人才培养模式现状进行了分析,将目前所存在的问题展现出来,并通过引入教育信号理论体系,辅以江苏大学新商科人才培养实践经验,提出探索高校新商科人才培养模式的有益借鉴。
Under the background of Employment Priority Strategy, this paper analyzes the connotation of new business and the status quo of new business talents cultivation models in universities, to present the existing problems. By introducing education signaling theory and the practical experience of Jiangsu University in new business talents cultivation, beneficial references are proposed for exploring new business talent cultivation models.
