<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Under the background of Employment Priority Strategy, this paper analyzes the connotation of new business and the status quo of new business talents cultivation models in universities, to present the existing problems. By introducing education signaling theory and the practical experience of Jiangsu University in new business talents cultivation, beneficial references are proposed for exploring new business talent cultivation models.</span>
