学生偶像崇拜现象对心理健康教育的启示

Abstract:
偶像崇拜是学生青春期发展阶段的一种常见心理现象，适度的偶像崇拜能够促进青少年心理健康发展和自我同一性的建立，心理健康教育应当重视偶像崇拜的作用并从中获得启发。本研究从青少年偶像崇拜入手，对偶像崇拜产生的原因与机制进行了梳理，并探讨了偶像崇拜对心理健康的影响以及对心理健康教育的启示，有助于增强心理健康教育的效果，促进师生关系和谐发展。
Idolatry is a common psychological phenomenon in the development of teenagers, and moderate idolatry can promote the psychological health development and the establishment of self-identity of teenagers, so mental health education should pay attention to the role of idolatry and gain inspira-tion from it. This study starts from idolatry of teenagers, sorts out the causes and mechanisms of idolatry, and discusses the influence of idolatry on students’ mental health and the inspiration for mental health education, which helps to enhance the efficiency of mental health education and promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship.
