Idolatry is a common psychological phenomenon in the development of teenagers, and moderate idolatry can promote the psychological health development and the establishment of self-identity of teenagers, so mental health education should pay attention to the role of idolatry and gain inspira-tion from it. This study starts from idolatry of teenagers, sorts out the causes and mechanisms of idolatry, and discusses the influence of idolatry on students’ mental health and the inspiration for mental health education, which helps to enhance the efficiency of mental health education and promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship. %K 偶像崇拜,青少年,心理健康教育
