书院制背景下辅导员和班导师协同育人模式的问题及思考
Issues and Reflections on the Collaborative Education Model of Counselors and Class Tutors in the Context of College System

近年来，国内高校积极探索书院制教育改革，书院和学院协同育人是目前深化高校书院制改革面临的关键性问题，书院辅导员和学院专业班导师构成的教师队伍是双院协同育人的关键力量。本文以书院制为背景，分析了书院、学院协同育人实践中面临的问题，探索以辅导员和班导师树立协同育人理念、建立健全协同育人载体为抓手的协同育人模式，为高校持续深化探索书院制改革提供参考。
In recent years, Chinese universities are actively exploring the education reform of the college system, and the collaborative education between the academy and the college is the key issue. The faculty team consisting of the counselors of the academy and the professional class tutors of the college is the key force of the collaborative education of the two academies. This paper takes the college system as the background, analyzes the problems faced in the practice of collaborative education between the academy and the college, and explores the collaborative education model with counse-lors and class tutors setting up the concept of collaborative education and establishing and improving the carriers of collaborative education as the gripping hand, so as to provide references for uni-versities to continue to deepen the exploration of the reform of the college system.
