In recent years, Chinese universities are actively exploring the education reform of the college system, and the collaborative education between the academy and the college is the key issue. The faculty team consisting of the counselors of the academy and the professional class tutors of the college is the key force of the collaborative education of the two academies. This paper takes the college system as the background, analyzes the problems faced in the practice of collaborative education between the academy and the college, and explores the collaborative education model with counse-lors and class tutors setting up the concept of collaborative education and establishing and improving the carriers of collaborative education as the gripping hand, so as to provide references for uni-versities to continue to deepen the exploration of the reform of the college system. %K 书院制,辅导员,班导师,协同育人
