上市家族企业的研发创新投资行为研究

Abstract:
近年来，随着经济的不断发展，我国上市家族企业规模不断扩大，但是因为种种原因，上市家族企业研发创新投资整体水平一直处于较低状态。为了改善我国上市家族企业研发创新投资的现状及存在的问题，本文基于2006~2020年上市家族企业样本，采用描述性统计方法分析了上市家族企业研发投入的整体状况以及省份差异现状；进一步深入分析后发现上市家族企业的研发创新投资存在投入连续性欠缺和研发投入强度整体性低下的问题，主要是由于市场外部情况和企业内部自身的因素导致的，最后针对市场和企业自身的情况从发展环境和创新机制方面为优化上市家族企业研发创新投资行为提出合理化建议。
In recent years, with the continuous development of economy, the scale of listed family firms expands constantly. However, for various reasons, the overall level of R&D innovation investment in listed family firms is always low. In order to improve the status quo and existing problems of R&D innovation investment of listed family firms, based on the samples of listed family enterprises from 2006 to 2020, this paper uses descriptive statistics to analyze the overall status of R&D investment of listed family firms and the status quo of provincial differences. After further analysis, it is found that there are problems of lack of continuous investment and low overall intensity of R&D investment in listed family firms, which are mainly caused by external market conditions and internal factors of enterprises. Finally, reasonable suggestions are put forward according to the situation of the market and the firm itself from the development environment and innovation mechanism to optimize R&D innovation investment behavior of the listed family firm.
