需求导向下高校大学生社区养老志愿服务模式初探——以北京为例
Demand Oriented Community Elderly Care Volunteer Service for College Students: A Preliminary Study on the Model—Taking Beijing as an Example

随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快，社会化养老服务需求激增，但养老服务资源相对匮乏，社区支持下的居家养老被认为是成本更优、财政负担较低、更适合我国国情的养老方式。社区养老是针对中国社会转型期在21世纪上半叶所面临的巨大老龄化问题所提出的一种新型养老方式，其必将成为一种养老趋势。在民政局的倡导下，各地大力发展社区养老服务，但现有专业社工的数量难以满足庞大的社区养老需求。大学生作为志愿服务的重要组成部分，可以加入社区养老志愿服务中，一定程度上弥补社区养老需求缺口。本文从社区养老需求出发，深入老年群体，调查老年人需求乃至痛点，了解高校大学生，特别是北京地区对于社区养老的意识及活动状况，分析养老志愿服务开展情况，结合实际情况，为高校大学生开展社区养老志愿服务提供未来发展建议。
With the acceleration of the aging process of China’s population, the demand for socialized elderly care services has surged, but the elderly care service resources are relatively scarce. Home based elderly care with community support is considered to be a better cost, lower financial burden, and more suitable for China’s national conditions. Community based elderly care is a new way of providing for the elderly in response to the huge aging problem faced by China in the first half of the 21st century, and it will certainly become a trend of providing for the elderly. Under the initiative of the Civil Affairs Bureau, all regions have vigorously developed community elderly care services, but the number of existing professional social workers is difficult to meet the huge community elderly care needs. As an important part of voluntary service, college students can join the community elderly care volunteer service to make up for the gap of community elderly care needs to some extent. Starting from the needs of community elderly care, the thesis went deep into the elderly population, investigated the needs and even pain points of the elderly, learned about the awareness and activities of college students, especially in Beijing, about community elderly care, analyzed the development of elderly care volunteer services, and combined with the actual situation, provided future development suggestions for college students to carry out community elderly care volunteer ser-vices.
