库源关系变化对酿酒葡萄品质及产量研究

Abstract:
本文以桑干酒庄为试验基地,在自然条件下,拟通过对酿酒葡萄“宝石”“西拉”和“赤霞珠”不同时期库源关系调控进行试验,分析采收期原料品质与产量。结果表明:“宝石”“西拉”和“赤霞珠”分别在负载量为每穗20 cm2、14 cm2和17 cm2时,于果实膨大期进行疏叶、疏果、果实下部环割对采收期果实品质及产量最好。
In this paper, Chateau Sungod Greatwall is taken as the experimental base, and under natural conditions, it is proposed to analyze the quality and yield of raw materials during the harvest period by conducting experiments on the regulation of the relationship between the reservoir and the source of wine grapes “Gem”, “Syrah” and “Cabernet Sauvignon”. The results showed that when the load of “Gem”, “Syrah” and “Cabernet Sauvignon” were 20 cm2, 14 cm2 and 17 cm2 per ear, the fruit quality and yield were the best when thinning leaves, fruit and lower fruit girdling were carried out during fruit expansion.
