In this paper, Chateau Sungod Greatwall is taken as the experimental base, and under natural conditions, it is proposed to analyze the quality and yield of raw materials during the harvest period by conducting experiments on the regulation of the relationship between the reservoir and the source of wine grapes “Gem”, “Syrah” and “Cabernet Sauvignon”.
