Abstract:

变革型领导起源于20世纪70年代末,自此之后,变革型领导作为一种典型的领导风格成为管理学界研究的热点主题之一。已有的研究积极探讨了变革型领导在组织变革管理中对组织以及员工层面的各方面影响,证明了变革型领导在组织管理实践当中的重要性,本文基于以往学者的相关研究,从变革型领导的理论起源、结构维度以及实践中的发展进行梳理与整合,为未来研究提供参考。
Transformational leadership originated in the late 1970s. Since then, transformational leadership, as a typical leadership style, has become one of the hot topics in management research. Existing studies have actively discussed the influence of transformational leadership on organizations and employees in organizational change management, proving the importance of transformational leadership in organizational management practice. Based on previous studies, this paper combs and integrates the theoretical origin, structural dimension and practical development of transfor-mational leadership to provide reference for future studies.
