初中生自我同一性水平与心理弹性的关系研究

Abstract:
心理弹性是个体在面临困境时候表现出来的一种复原能力。本研究选取某中学初中生作为研究对象,采用青少年自我同一性维度量表和心理弹性量表进行关系研究。研究结果发现:1) 初中生自我同一性水平与心理弹性水平呈显著正相关关系;2) 自我同一性的发展状况可以良好地解释心理弹性的发展状况。
Resilience is an individual’s resilience in the face of difficulties. In this study, junior high school students in a middle school in Yunnan Province were selected as the research objects, and the adolescent self-identity dimension scale and resilience scale were used to study the relationship. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant positive correlation between self-identity and resilience; 2) The development of self-identity can well explain the development of resilience.
