关于课程思政建设速度、支撑和动力的思考

Abstract:
课程思政建设作为推进高等教育内涵式发展的有效路径,既具有新时代形势所赋予的紧迫性,也具有丰富的历史文化内涵。相关政策的快速落地并不意味着快速“生根”发展,课程思政的丰富内涵与高层次要,决定了其建设过程的复杂性和持久性。课程思政是将国际化视野与本土化实践相结合的理念创新和实践创新,其建设将为我国高等教育内涵式发展提供有力的本土化支持。教师提升自身素养的内生动力是保证课程思政建设和内涵式教育持续发展的充要条件,其中跨学科交流融合与人文素养在提升教师素养中尤为重要。
As an effective way to promote the connotative development of higher education, the construction of curriculum ideological and political education not only has the urgency given by the new era, but also has rich historical and cultural connotations. The rapid implementation of relevant policies does not mean rapid development of rooting. The rich connotation and high level of curriculum ideological and political education determine the complexity and persistence of construction process. Curriculum ideological and political education is a concept innovation and practical innovation that combines international vision with localized practice. The construction of curriculum ideological and political education will provide localized support strongly for the connotative development of higher education in China. The endogenous motivation for teachers to improve their own quality is the most important condition to ensure the sustainable development of curriculum ideological and political construction and connotative education, among which interdisciplinary integration and humanistic quality are particularly important in improving teachers’ quality.
