As an effective way to promote the connotative development of higher education, the construction of curriculum ideological and political education not only has the urgency given by the new era, but also has rich historical and cultural connotations. The rapid implementation of relevant policies does not mean rapid development of rooting. The rich connotation and high level of curriculum ideological and political education determine the complexity and persistence of construction process. Curriculum ideological and political education is a concept innovation and practical innovation that combines international vision with localized practice. The construction of curriculum ideological and political education will provide localized support strongly for the connotative development of higher education in China.
