新时代高校教师教学发展支持体系的探索与构建——以深圳大学为例
Exploration and Construction of Teaching Development Support System of University and College Teachers in the New Era—A Case Study of Shenzhen University

改善“重科研轻教学”现象及建立多元化多层次评价机制已成为当前高等教育领域综合改革的重点，也是提升高校教师教学水平的关键任务。本文在简要阐述当前高校教师教学能力发展面临的普遍性问题基础上，系统分析了深圳大学2009年以来实施的新时代高校教师教学发展支持体系，深入剖析了其经验做法和成效，为国内其他高校教师教学发展改革提供借鉴。
The improvement of the phenomenon that “universities and colleges attach more importance to scientific research than to teaching” and establishment of a diversified and multi-level evaluation mechanism have become the focus of the comprehensive reform of higher education at present, which is also a key task to improve the teaching capacity of university and college teachers. On the basis of briefly describing the universal problems facing the current teaching ability development of university and college teachers, this paper systematically analyzes the new-era teaching development support system of university and college teachers implemented by Shenzhen University since 2009 and deeply explores its experience, practices and effects, so as to provide reference for the teaching development and reform of other universities and colleges in China.v
