The improvement of the phenomenon that “universities and colleges attach more importance to scientific research than to teaching” and establishment of a diversified and multi-level evaluation mechanism have become the focus of the comprehensive reform of higher education at present, which is also a key task to improve the teaching capacity of university and college teachers. On the basis of briefly describing the universal problems facing the current teaching ability development of university and college teachers, this paper systematically analyzes the new-era teaching development support system of university and college teachers implemented by Shenzhen University since 2009 and deeply explores its experience, practices and effects, so as to provide reference for the teaching development and reform of other universities and colleges in China.v %K 教学发展,分类提升,多层激励,深大模式
