Abstract:

进入知识经济时代,高技术企业进行突破性创新的本质是知识创新,如何提升知识创新绩效至关重要。本文基于知识网络视角,以社会网络、知识创造等理论为基础,以吸收能力为中介变量,分析高技术企业知识网络权力与知识创新绩效的关系,运用逐步回归分析法对224份有效样本进行实证分析。研究发现:知识网络能力权力、知识网络位置权力、知识网络关系权力分别对高技术企业知识层绩效和产品层绩效有正向影响;知识网络能力权力对知识层绩效的影响效果最强;知识网络位置权力对产品层绩效的影响效果最强;知识网络权力通过吸收能力对知识创新绩效发挥部分中介作用;知识网络能力权力通过吸收能力对知识创新绩效的正效应最显著。研究结论为高技术企业提升知识创新绩效开辟了新视角,为知识网络中的高技术企业进行知识创新,提升知识创新能力,提供理论性指导建议。
At present, the world has entered the era of knowledge economy. The significance of knowledge to innovation is self-evident, the essence of breakthrough innovation of high-tech enterprises is knowledge innovation. With the perspective of knowledge network, based on the theories of social network and knowledge creation, and taking absorptive capacity as the intermediary variable, this paper analyzes the relationship between knowledge network power and knowledge innovation performance of high-tech enterprises, and makes an empirical analysis of 224 valid samples by stepwise regression analysis. The results show that: knowledge network capability power, knowledge network location power, and knowledge network relationship power have positive effects on knowledge layer performance and product layer performance respectively; knowledge network capability power is the strongest effect factor on knowledge layer performance; knowledge network location power has the most significant positive effect on product layer performance; absorptive capacity plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of knowledge network power on knowledge innovation performance; knowledge network capability power has the most significant positive effect on knowledge innovation performance through absorptive capacity. The research conclusion opens up a new perspective for high-tech enterprises to improve their knowledge innovation performance, and provides theoretical guidance and suggestions for high-tech enterprises in the knowledge network to carry out knowledge innovation and improve their knowledge innovation ability.
