|
Abstract:
Previous studies have shown that sleep has a significant effect on executive function. There are different relationships between sleep and executive function in different age stages and different characteristic groups. Starting from the behavioral nervous system of sleep and executive function, this paper reviews the research on sleep and executive function at home and abroad, discusses the relationship between sleep and executive function and its influence in different age and characteristic groups, and summarizes the influencing factors between sleep and executive function to explore the neural mechanisms underlying the relationship between sleep and executive function, and to suggest possible directions for future research.
