OBE教学理念视域下应用型高校“双师型”教师成长路径探析 The Integration Path of “Dual-Qualified” Teachers’ Growth in Application-Oriented University from the Perspective of OBE Educational Concept
本文基于OBE教学理念,对如何健全体制机制、深度产教融合、教师教学反思、知识–能力–素质一体化模式等方面着重探讨了应用型高校“双师型”教师的成长路径,使之更符合基于“学生中心,成果导向,持续改进”的教学理念对应用型高校“双师型”教师提出的要求,具有较强的应用参考价值。
The optimized system mechanism, deep integration of production and education, teaching reflection of university teachers, and the integrated model of knowledge-ability-quality are discussed in this article based on the OBE (outcome based education) educational concept. The growth path of “dual-qualified” teachers in application-oriented universities makes it more in line with the requirements of “dual-qualified” teachers in application-oriented universities based on the teaching philosophy of “SC (student-centered), OBE, and CQI (continuous quality improvement)”. This article has application reference value in related research fields.
