THE COMPARISON WITH EXEGETES’ COMMENT AND CRITIC OF MUHAMMAD ESED’S APOLOGETICAL COMMENT ABOUT BATTLE-PLUNDER RELATIONSHIP

Muhammad Asad (d. 1992) says that Muslims can make a battle only for aim of defence and they can take prisoner/plunder through a cutthroad battle based on justified reason. It must be convinced this this opinion, he make socio-political two dissident opinion against jumhur (the majority of exegetes) and says that taking slave without a legitimate battle will be wrong and killing battle slaves will be great sin. Despite there is an disagreement between exegetes they doesn’t make acommentary similar to his commentary. Conversely the most of them say that hasn’tkilling of slaves will be a big sin. Furthermore, the commentary that taking slaves without a legitimate battle is not accurate according to the historical datas ocur before the Bedir Battle.
