The Deterriotorialization in the context of Construction of Schizo-Subject in the DisconnectedKeywords: kapitalist Modernizm,Kemalizm, yersizyurtsuzla?ma Abstract: Tutunamayanlar (The Disconnected, 2016) is the text of Turgut ?zben’s transformation through his readings of what Selim I??k left after his death. From a different viewpoint, this transformation reveals the reaction of Turkey people’s collective unconscious towards the flashy pace of the Republican modernization. O?uz Atay, makes ?zben character to contextualize his alienation regarding his close environment and late-Modernism of Turkey through the texts of his dead friend. In addition to Kemalist Westernization thought, the roots of this ideology what grounded upon the daily practices of capitalist-Modernity and its intellectual infrastructure appear as the targets of the ironic and parodic style of Atay during the construction of ?zben’s contextualization. From Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari’s perspective, the process is a liberalization act against the despotic-machines of capitalist-Modernity’s manifestation of itself as Kemalist modernism in Turkey which gets strength from Bakhtinian dialogic polyphony of carnivalesque and becomes visible through the construction of “schizo-subject”. In this study, ?zben’s transformation is analyzed according to the deterritorialization concept of Deleuze and Guattari, and the formal deterritorialization is examined by drawing correspondence between Mikhail Bakhtin’s concepts of carnivalesque and dialogism as well as Deleuze and Guattari’s conceptualizations
