An Application To Form Permanent Staff And Job Analysis In Strategic Human Resources

Businesses think that the most effective element to make a difference in rivalry is the human resource; that's why they focus on bringing qualified people to business. This is only possible through job analysis studies. Thanks to job analysis, accurate and systematic information about jobs is collected, detailed information about how jobs are done and job content is gathered and analyzed. The aim is to enhance institutional efficiency and, in particular, labour productivity. Organizations are more efficient if they reach their goals with less resource. The job analysis studies in this study were carried out in determined several units in the General Secretariat of a foundation university in Mersin Province. Information was gathered by face-to-face interview and survey method with approximately 50 personnel, job descriptions / job requirements, which are the main outputs of job analysis, were created in accordance with the collected data and the norm staff was determined in each unit by obtaining detailed information about the works done and the contents of the them
