This is only possible through job analysis studies. Thanks to job analysis, accurate and systematic information about jobs is collected, detailed information about how jobs are done and job content is gathered and analyzed. The aim is to enhance institutional efficiency and, in particular, labour productivity. Organizations are more efficient if they reach their goals with less resource. The job analysis studies in this study were carried out in determined several units in the General Secretariat of a foundation university in Mersin Province.
