Self-Compassion Scale, which is developed by Neff and adapted to Turkish by Deniz, Kesici and Sümer, and personal information form, is used as data collection tool. Descriptive statistics, Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, and Mann Whitney U Test were used when testing hypotheses. There is no significant difference between the experimental and control groups' self-compassion scores before the experimental procedure. After the experimental procedure, participants' self-compassion scores in the experimental group were found to be significantly higher than those in the control group. In the follow-up measurement applied one month after the experimental procedure, there was no significant difference between the post-test scores of the experimental group and the follow-up test scores. According to these results, it can be said that the Mindful Self-Compassion Program is effective in increasing the self-compassion levels of the individuals
