Cacophony: Revealing The Noise of ControlKeywords: Gürültü, Kakofoni, Veri, B(a?), S/aklama, Denetim Abstract: This article discusses how the algorithmic governmentality affects social change as a political-economic control instrument, defined as noise, error and failure. Noise that restricts democratic participation by interfering with the decision-making and judicial processes will be regarded as an epistemic inquiry instrument rather than merely as a problem in this article. This epistemic inquiry instrument, conceptualized as “cacophony”, aims at exploring how technoscientific knowledge and power implicitly establishes relations of domination.
