Noise that restricts democratic participation by interfering with the decision-making and judicial processes will be regarded as an epistemic inquiry instrument rather than merely as a problem in this article. This epistemic inquiry instrument, conceptualized as ¡°cacophony¡±, aims at exploring how technoscientific knowledge and power implicitly establishes relations of domination. Each part in the article reveals how noise, as a sonic warfare weapon, operates the tactics of control such as epistemic asymmetry, black boxing, stupidity, obsolescence design, and rationalizatio %K G¨¹r¨¹lt¨¹ %K Kakofoni %K Veri %K B(a£¿) %K S/aklama %K Denetim %U http://dergipark.org.tr/msgsusbd/issue/46991/589821
