An Approach on the Concept of Religious /Islamic Law or on the Philosophy-Religion and Law Relationship

The society’s legitimacy of law is, no doubt, of great importance for social peace and well-being. But then, how could this be achieved? In another interpretation, could “human/legal law” and “religious/Islamic law” be assessed as the concepts and phenomena that coincide/converge in essence? In terms of social life, is the concept of “justice”, that is important in terms of social morality and law, constituting one of the fundamental values of religion/Islam, and at the same time as the humanization of life in terms of the establishment of a just and well-being world, theoretically and empirically functioning adequately in our lives? The purpose of this study is nothing but to try to open a horizon and an attempt to make a contribution in this context
