%X The society¡¯s legitimacy of law is, no doubt, of great importance for social peace and well-being. But then, how could this be achieved? In another interpretation, could ¡°human/legal law¡± and ¡°religious/Islamic law¡± be assessed as the concepts and phenomena that coincide/converge in essence? In terms of social life, is the concept of ¡°justice¡±, that is important in terms of social morality and law, constituting one of the fundamental values of religion/Islam, and at the same time as the humanization of life in terms of the establishment of a just and well-being world, theoretically and empirically functioning adequately in our lives? The purpose of this study is nothing but to try to open a horizon and an attempt to make a contribution in this context
