The Rising Voice from the lodge of Progress and the Idea of Evolution: How Does a Sheikh Refute the Theory of Darwin?

In this article, the transcription of a manuscript on the main issues of Ottoman modernization, the idea of evolution and evolution, its connection with the Darwinian Theory and finally the criticism of Darwinian philosophy will be given; the content of the manuscript will be evaluated.
