Abstract:

目的:本文旨在研究含有黄曲霉毒素B1 (AFB1)和玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)饲料中添加生物解毒剂对肉鸡器官指数和血清指标的影响。方法:选取22日龄健康罗斯308肉仔鸡150只,随机分为3个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。分组为:1) 基础日粮;2) 基础日粮 + AFB1 50 μg/kg + ZEA 500 μg/kg;3) 基础日粮 + AFB1 50 μg/kg + ZEA 500 μg/kg + 生物解毒剂。结果:结果表明:添加生物解毒剂显著提高肉鸡肝脏和脾脏指数、小肠和大肠相对长度(P < 0.05),增加了血清中谷丙转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白和甘油三酯含量(P < 0.05),降低了血清内毒素(P > 0.05)和碱性磷酸酶(P < 0.05)。结论:这表明在含AFB1 50 μg/kg + ZEA 500 μg/kg饲料中添加生物解毒剂能够缓解毒素对机体的损伤。
Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of mycotoxin biological antidote (MBDP) on organ index and serum index of broilers fed with diets containing aflatoxin B1 and zearalenone. Method: A total of 150 of 22-day-old Rose 308 broilers were randomly distributed into 3 groups. The broilers from group 1 to group 3 were fed with basal diet, basal diet containing AFB1 50 μg/kg + ZEA 500 μg/kg and basal diet containing AFB1 50 μg/kg + ZEA 500 μg/kg + MBDP, respectively. Result: The results showed that adding MBDP significantly increased liver and spleen index (P < 0.05), the relative length of small intestine and large intestine and the content of alanine-transferase (ALT), total protein, albumin and triglyceride in serum (P < 0.05), decreased endotoxin (P > 0.05) and alkaline phosphatase (P < 0.05) inserum. Conclusion: It could be concluded that adding MBDP in basal diet containing AFB1 50 μg/kg + ZEA 500 μg/kg could alleviate mycotoxin hazard.
