固体酸催化剂SCT-A催化合成防老剂TMQ新工艺

研究固体酸SCT-A催化合成防老剂TMQ新工艺。试验得到缩合和聚合反应的适宜工艺条件如下：缩合反应催化剂SCT-A质量分数　0.15，缩合反应温度　135～140 ℃，缩合反应时间　6～7 h，聚合反应时间　6 h。该工艺条件下生产得到的防老剂TMQ二聚体质量分数约为0.45，二、三、四聚体总质量分数达到0.80以上；催化剂SCT-A可以多次重复使用，生产废水量可减少90%以上。;A new process for the synthesis of antioxidant TMQ catalyzed by solid acid SCT-A was studied.The suitable process conditions for the condensation reaction and polymerization reaction were as follows：mass fraction of the condensation reaction catalyst SCT-A　0.15，condensation reaction temperature　135～140 ℃，condensation reaction time　6～7 h，polymerization reaction time　6 h.Under the process conditions，the mass fraction of the dimer was about 0.45，and the total mass fraction of antioxidant TMQ dimer，trimer and tetramer was above 0.80.The catalyst SCT-A could be reused many times，and the amount of production wastewater could be reduced by more than 90%
