%0 Journal Article %T 固体酸催化剂SCT-A催化合成防老剂TMQ新工艺 %A 李庆华 %A 陈新民 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.10.0772 %X 研究固体酸SCT-A催化合成防老剂TMQ新工艺。试验得到缩合和聚合反应的适宜工艺条件如下:缩合反应催化剂SCT-A质量分数 0.15,缩合反应温度 135~140 ℃,缩合反应时间 6~7 h,聚合反应时间 6 h。该工艺条件下生产得到的防老剂TMQ二聚体质量分数约为0.45,二、三、四聚体总质量分数达到0.80以上;催化剂SCT-A可以多次重复使用,生产废水量可减少90%以上。;A new process for the synthesis of antioxidant TMQ catalyzed by solid acid SCT-A was studied.The suitable process conditions for the condensation reaction and polymerization reaction were as follows:mass fraction of the condensation reaction catalyst SCT-A 0.15,condensation reaction temperature 135~140 ℃,condensation reaction time 6~7 h,polymerization reaction time 6 h.Under the process conditions,the mass fraction of the dimer was about 0.45,and the total mass fraction of antioxidant TMQ dimer,trimer and tetramer was above 0.80.The catalyst SCT-A could be reused many times,and the amount of production wastewater could be reduced by more than 90% %K [催化剂SCT-A %K 防老剂TMQ %K 合成 %K 工艺 %K 催化剂SCT-A %K 防老剂TMQ %K 合成 %K 工艺 %K catalyst SCT-A %K antioxidant TMQ %K synthesis %K process] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ2019-0262&flag=1
