CO₂点阵激光联合复方倍他米松注射液外敷治疗白癜风的疗效观察
Observation on Viti-ligo Patients Treated by the Fractional Carbon Dioxide Laser with Topical Betamethasone

目的：观察CO₂点阵激光联合复方倍他米松注射液外敷治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法：将80例随机分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。研究组给予CO₂点阵激光联合倍他米松注射液外敷治疗；对照组仅给予CO₂点阵激光治疗，间隔15天做一次，均治疗6次(即3个月)后判断疗效。结果：研究组总有效率85%；对照组52.5%。两组治疗效果比较，χ2 = 9.101，P = 0.0017 < 0.05，有显著性差异。结论：CO₂点阵激光联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗白癜风患者，疗效显著，可有效提高复色率，降低复发率，安全性高。
Objective: The aim of the study is to observe the effect of the fractional carbon dioxide Laser combined with topical betamethasone on patients with vitiligo. Methods: 80 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group were given the therapy of CO₂ Fractional Laser combined with topical betamethasone, while the control group only treated by CO₂ Fractional Laser therapy, once every 15 days. Both of the periods of treatment were 3 months. Results: The effective rate of study group was 85%, while the control group was 52.5%. There was a significant difference compared with the efficiency of the two groups (χ2 = 9.101, P = 0.0017 < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of the fractional carbon dioxide laser with topical betamethasone in patients of vitiligo is safe and effective.
