目的：观察CO2点阵激光联合复方倍他米松注射液外敷治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法：将80例随机分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。研究组给予CO2点阵激光联合倍他米松注射液外敷治疗；对照组仅给予CO2点阵激光治疗，间隔15天做一次，均治疗6次(即3个月)后判断疗效。结果：研究组总有效率85%；对照组52.5%。两组治疗效果比较，χ2 = 9.101，P = 0.0017 < 0.05，有显著性差异。结论：CO2点阵激光联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗白癜风患者，疗效显著，可有效提高复色率，降低复发率，安全性高。
Objective: The aim of the study is
to observe the effect of the fractional carbon dioxide Laser combined with
topical betamethasone on patients with vitiligo. Methods: 80 vitiligo patients
were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group were
given the therapy of CO2 Fractional Laser combined with topical
betamethasone, while the control group only treated by CO2 Fractional Laser therapy, once every 15 days. Both of the periods of treatment
were 3 months. Results: The effective rate of study group was 85%, while the
control group was 52.5%. There was a significant difference compared with the
efficiency of the two groups (χ2
= 9.101, P = 0.0017 < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of the fractional carbon dioxide laser with topical betamethasone in patients of vitiligo is safe and effective.
