THE MORPHOLOGICAL ACCENTUAL PATTERNS OF ANTUN MA？URANI？’S "SLOVNICA HèRVATSKA"

Sa？etak The paper determines the overlap (or lack thereof) between Dani？i？’s eastern neo？tokavian accentuation and the accentuation of Ma？urani？’s Slovnica Hèrvatska and it is shown that Ma？urani？’s grammar, which is the first extensive description of the accentual patterns of standard Croatian, belongs to western neo？tokavian circle.
