Abstract:

Objective: To study the effect of different diameter Chest tube on primary spontaneous pneumothorax, and to provide experience for clinicians. Methods: Using Methods of controlled study to record 50 patients’ pain score, x-ray results and time after thoracic closed drainage with different drainage tube, then using statistical software. Results: The pain scores at 1 h, 3 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation and the pulmonary reinflation at 1 h after operation were statistically significant (p > 0.05), and the pulmonary reinflation and the duct time at 24 h after operation were not statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Central Venous Catheter has a unique advantage in the treatment of primary spontaneous pneumothorax and should be given priority.
