浅析共享住宿中的“主”与“客”——以Airbnb平台为例

Abstract:
随着互联网技术的迅速发展,共享经济作为一种新的商业模式应运而生,并迅速应用于诸多传统行业,尤其是旅游住宿业领域。其中,共享住宿作为新的住宿业态发展迅猛,引起行业与学界的广泛关注。近年来,关于共享住宿的研究虽然增多,但涉及共享住宿中主客关系方面的研究却相对较少。因此,本研究旨在探讨共享住宿业中的主人与客人之间的关系问题。本研究采用以案例分析为主的研究方法对共享住宿中主客之间存在的问题进行剖析。研究发现:现存共享住宿的主客关系并不完美,理想的主客关系应是在保持适度距离的基础上有足够多的互动,同时应更好地解决主客之间存在的信任问题。本研究对于解决共享住宿现存的问题有一定指导意义,同时也给传统酒店主客互动方面带来启示,在做好传统酒店标准服务的同时改善自身主客关系存在的不足,使共享住宿与传统酒店在住宿业中发挥珠联璧合的作用。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, the sharing economy has emerged as a new business model and rapidly penetrated into various domains, especially the hospitality sector. P2P accommodation, as a new type of lodging, has attracted worldwide attention of the industry and academia. Despite an increasing number of studies on P2P accommodation, research focusing on the relationship between host and guest is limited. This study attempts to explore the host-guest relationship in P2P accommodation. Results suggest that the existing relationship between host and guest is not perfect, and the ideal relationship between host and guest should be more interactive based on maintaining a moderate distance between two parties. Besides, the trust issue should be strategically tackled. The study contributes to P2P accommodation operation and management in the future. It also has great implications for hotel firms in its host and guest relationship management to achieve competitive advantages in a sharing setting.
