新冠肺炎疫情中信息咨询服务的社会经济价值——以图情机构为例

Abstract:
本文以新冠肺炎期间的发文为研究基础，依照不同的分类要求，分析了传统服务业与第三产业的联系。通过2009年至2017年的GDP值的比较，说明新冠肺炎疫情对信息服务业的影响，同时也讨论了未来可以采取的措施。
In the paper researches are studied based on analysis of 45 documents and datum. Under the dif-ferent standards of catalogue, there is the connection of traditional services industry and the third industry. On the basis of GDP value of China (excluding HONGKONG and Marco and Taiwan) from 2009 to 2017, it showed that COVID-19 emergency exerts information services, and what will be taken in the future also discussed in this paper.
