政府在家政服务业发展过程中积极作用的发挥
Government’s Positive Role in the Development of Domestic Service Industry

随着我国人民收入和生活水平的提高，以及全面二胎政策的出台和老龄化问题的加重，对家政服务业发展提出更高要求。同时，家政服务业作为第三产业，对解决就业和消除贫困具有积极意义。本文根据我国家政服务业在人员构成、培训、法律等方面存在的问题，指出政府在行业发展中作用的发挥。
With the improvement of people’s income and living standards, the introduction of the comprehen-sive two-child policy and the aggravation of the aging problem, higher requirements are put forward for the development of domestic service industry. At the same time, as the third industry, the domestic service industry has a positive significance to solve the problem of employment and eliminate poverty. According to the problems existing in personnel composition, training, law and so on, this paper points out the role of the government in the development of domestic service industry.
