A new approach to predict lymph node metastasis in solid lung adenocarcinoma: a radiomics nomogramAbstract: Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths worldwide. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for about 85% of all lung cancers (1). Radical resection, including complete tumor resection and systematic lymph node (LN) dissection, is the standard treatment for I–IIIB stage NSCLC.
