Abstract:

摘要 肿瘤细胞具有独特的代谢需求,其代谢过程需要消耗大量的谷氨酰胺。谷氨酰胺与肿瘤细胞的增殖密切相关,它可以调节细胞的存活、代谢、信号转导、自噬等。丙氨酸-丝氨酸-半胱氨酸转运载体2(alanine-serine-cysteine transporter 2, ASCT2)是Na+依赖性的,主要通过跨膜转运谷氨酰胺及一些大分子中性氨基酸。ASCT2在许多肿瘤细胞中都是过度表达的,且ASCT2的高表达与肿瘤患者的不良预后呈正相关。目前国外已将谷氨酰胺的代谢和转运载体作为治疗靶标,进行抗肿瘤新药的研发,但国内对谷氨酰胺转运载体的相关研究报道较少,故本文就ASCT2的结构、表达及在肿瘤中的作用等作一综述
